Cape Grim Beef


Cape Grim Tasmanian Natural Beef is recognised as some of, if not the best in the country. It is supplied by a key group of close to 800 beef farmers, all based in the north west of Tasmania. They are required to meet stringent quality and processing standards set by Meat Standards Australia. Their farms are located in the highest rainfall areas of Tasmania, delivering the highest and most consistent fodder growth available.


Pandani Beef Pastrami


Pandani Select Foods is a family owned business and has been producing the finest quality smallgoods including ham products since 1965. Pandani Select Foods specialises in cooked meats. Beef Pastrami is literally bursting with flavour. Made from premium eye round of beef, then coated in a unique selection of peppers and spice which are blended on-site for every batch - you can expect freshness and a mouthful of flavour every time.


Robbins Island Wagyu Beef


The Hammond family have been breeding wagyu on Robbins Island since the early 1990's. During the iconic seasonal musters, bands of horsemen swim the cattle through saltwater channels at low tide to move them peacefully between grazing areas. Situated on the north western tip of Tasmania, the island has a temperate climate, clean air and a pristine coastal environment.

Boks The Art of Sausage

Our traditional Dutch recipes handed down from generation to generation and brought to Tasmania quickly developed a cult following for their wonderful smoky flavours. Sean Dunn, our resident sausausier, developed this range of sausages that are unique, flavoursome and healthy. We use only the finest ethical meats that are 85-90% lean, use our own recipes and fresh ingredients with no phosphates and link them by hand.

Black Forest Smallgoods


Black Forest Smallgoods stock award-winning sausages made by their very clever German Tasmanian sausage maker. These little winners are made from only the finest Tasmanian farmed and game meats, local produce and evocative spices. Just like our tasty range of Tasmanian hams, smoked and baked meats, pates and terrines. Traditional family recipes passed down for generations are meticulously followed to create our unique range of products.


Boks Bacon


The Boks family's bacons, hams and sausages have been a Tasmanian favourite for three generations. Boks bacon is dry cured and cold smoked in a traditional wood fire smoker with Tasmanian Oak. The traditional Dutch recipes handed down from generation to generation and brought to Tasmania quickly developed a cult following for their wonderful smoky flavours. Kooee Beef Jerky


Kooee Snacks has developed an all natural high protein snack for the Australian health/fitness market. Good nutrition is an important part of an active lifestyle, but it isn’t easy, especially when most snacks are full of sugar and preservatives.

We use Cape Grim Beef, raised free-range and 100 percent Grass-Fed in Tasmania. It is simply the highest quality beef on the market (you might get to try some if you’re lucky enough to fly QANTAS First Class). Our Apple Cider Vinegar is produced locally by Spreyton Fresh. We are now regulars at Tasmanian Farmers' Markets, and we’ve been delighted to receive lots of support from the local community.

Springfield Venison


Welcome to Springfield Deer Farm is situated on the slopes of the Great Western Tiers, in the picturesque Meander Valley. We is located in Mole Creek, near Deloraine on the way to Cradle Mountain. Our farm is an organic, free range deer farm, with a self contained cottage (B&B). Springfield Deear Farm prides ourselves in offering the finest quality Fallow Deer in Tasmania. Our venison is harvested from deer that have spent their lives feasting on the rich slopes of the Meander Valley.

Wursthaus Sausages


Wursthaus Kitchen was established in 1985 in Hobart as a specialist manufacturer of traditional and innovative meat-based products and smallgoods. Made to original recipes with only the finest ingredients, Wursthaus fresh sausages contain up to 90 percent meat. They should be cooked slowly and without pricking the casings to retain all the carefully placed wine and wonderful flavours. No MSG is added and most are gluten free, except where tabouli or fresh breadcrumbs are used.

Nichols Poultry was established in the early 1980s when founder Rob Nichols and his family emigrated from Leicestershire in England to Sassafras in Tasmania. The business has grown to become one of the most trusted and respected meat brands in Tasmania. Maintaining quality of taste is incredibly important, which is why during processing the meat, it is air-chilled rather than spin-chilled in chlorinated water to cool. Tamar Artisan Smallgoods produce handmade, small run, delicatessen products and supplies from local and seasonal produce, using traditional methods. Bacon that tastes like it used to. Made by hand, with love, using only whole ingredients. Paddock bred Tasmanian pork belly, pure Tasmanian sea salt, Australian raw sugar, Tamar Valley fruit wood logs.
