Red Kellys Lemon Myrtle Dressing

Lemon Myrtle is an Australian native flowering plant endemic to subtropical rainforests of central and south-eastern Queensland. It is one of the more popular native foods available, and in this dressing gives a unique a unique flavour. Perfect with chicken, seafood or any salad, it produces a brilliant piquant lemon zesty aroma. The dressing is one of eight in Red Kellys Tasmania's range which were originally developed by the Kelly family in northern Tasmania. Many ingredients like the Tasmanian Pepperberry are native to Tasmania and harvested from wild forests that thrive in our temperate climate.


Hill Farm Preserves

Artisan condiments and preserves made in Tasmania from natural ingredients free from added colours, artificial flavours or preservatives. All products are made in small batches, and hand bottled and labelled. The product range includes seeded and paste mustards, jam, marmalade, chutney, relish, jelly, fruit paste, flavoured apple cider vinegars and GM-free cold-pressed canola oil (sold plain or infused five different ways). The kitchen where owner Karin Luttmer makes these beautiful products is located in lush farming country in north-west Tasmania at Sisters Creek. Labels on our vinegars, mustards and oils are hand painted by a local Tasmanian artist to capture the beauty of the ingredients within. Canola and yellow mustard seeds are all grown and harvested on nearby farmland. HACCP quality assurance and the use of natural ingredients, ensures the creation of products of the highest quality and taste experience. Hill Farm Preserves products are available throughout Australia and exported to Japan and South Korea.

When you've done, don't forget to pick up a jar or bottle of Raspberry Sauce, its a great way to add the delicious taste of raspberries to fruit salad and ice cream, particularly during those times of the year when fresh raspberries are out of season. Unlike the mainland, there are no shortage of berries in Tasmania, and companies like Gourmet Sauce Company make maximum use of these tasty fruits.
